  • To secure your appointment, we kindly ask for a $20 deposit to be made within two hours of booking. Failure to submit the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of your request. We highly recommend pre-booking any fills following your initial service to guarantee an appointment with your preferred lash artist

  • For all new and returning clients, we require a non-refundable deposit of $20 to secure your appointment. It is essential to submit this deposit within 2 hours of requesting your appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service. By providing this deposit, you confirm your commitment to the appointment, allowing us to allocate the necessary time and resources for your service.

  • There will be no reimbursement in the event that a customer cancels within 24 hours. A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your lash extension appointment for several reasons. Primarily, it serves as an indication of your commitment and seriousness in honoring the appointment. This is crucial because lash artists typically plan their schedules in advance and depend on their clients to attend as scheduled.

  • Furthermore, the deposit covers the artist's time and effort invested in preparing for your appointment, including the thorough sanitation and disinfection of tools and workspace. It also guarantees your reservation, preventing the artist from scheduling another client during that time.

  • Lastly, if you fail to appear for your appointment, the deposit helps compensate the artist for the time and potential income lost. By submitting the deposit, you are acknowledging that you comprehend and accept these terms, which is a customary procedure within the beauty industry.

  • We empathize with the fact that unexpected circumstances can arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a notice of at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedule, accommodate other clients, and inform your assigned service provider accordingly.

  • Upon failing to show up for your scheduled appointment once, we have implemented a policy that requires the full payment of the appointment. This policy ensures fairness and accountability for missed appointments and encourages prompt payment to secure future bookings.

  • If you arrive 10-15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we regret to inform you that we may be unable to extend your appointment duration. This could result in either a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, you contact us as soon as possible to explore alternative options that may be available.

Outside Fills

Outside Fills

  • Clients who have eyelash extensions from a different lash studio ("outside lashes") will be subject to a fee to account for the extra time, product, and labor required. To be eligible for an outside fill with us, you must have a minimum of 40% coverage remaining from your original set. If you have less than 40% coverage, a full set will be necessary.

3-Day Lash Touch-up Warranty

3-Day Lash Touch-up Warranty: What You Need to Know

  • We stand behind our work, which is why we offer a 3-day warranty for touch-ups on your lashes free of charge, provided you follow proper aftercare. Here are some key details you should keep in mind:

  1. Lash fixes must be booked within 3 days of your appointment, otherwise it will be considered a mini-fill and charged accordingly.

  2. This warranty only covers excessive fallout and does not guarantee styling fixes.

  3. Wearing eye make-up either before or after the appointment will void the warranty.

Exclusive hours

Exclusive hours

  • We take our last appointment of the day at 5pm for any full sets (excluded Mega Volume) and 5:30pm for any fill sets.
