Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit A $20 deposit is required to secure each appointment. This deposit is applied to your service total at checkout. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show within 24 hours of your appointment start time, the $20 deposit is non‑refundable and will be forfeited. Late Arrivals We offer a 5‑minute grace period. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may not be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation; the $20 deposit is non‑refundable in this case. Card on File A valid credit card is required to place the deposit and hold your appointment.
